2. Why did you decide to do online training with Andre Rzazewski?
When I began training with Andre I needed someone to inspire and push me to acheive my goal in a short period of time. I had just been laid up and then I had been given only 4 weeks to achieve peak conditioning for a film I was starring in. A long time fitness trainer myself, I had been watching Andre train others for quite some time and felt he would be the one who could help me acheive my goals before I had to face the camera.
3. How did Andre help you reach your goals?
In that short time (4 wks) and during the actual shooting of the film, Andre guided me through well structured workouts targeting and exhausting all my muscle groups. He was always positive and encouraging, yet tough at the same time. He put me in a mind set that kept me motivated and focused on my goals. His recommendations for diet and off day cardio workouts were exact and not to be tampered with. It all equalled results.
4. What is the most notable training aspect while working with Andre?
Andre and I shared many laughs but I suppose the most memorable workout was when I brought in some "sides "for an audition I had to go to after the workout and asked him to read the lines with me as we trained. He actually did it and with flare. He definitely will be waiting for his closeup soon.
5. How did Andre keep you motivated?
Andre quietly motivated me. He demands respect and earns it by way of his example. He is truly the real deal and an authentic dedicated athlete himself.
6. Compare the results of training online with Andre to the results you were
attaining prior.
Being in the fitness industry myself and having been an competitve skater and ballet dancer much of my formative years,, I have always been in shape Andre was able to fine tune and balance out my body in ways that I was unable to acheive before. I was surprised at my strength gains along with my overall general increase in energy from the workouts.
7. What is the fitness related achievement that you are the most proud
of?
I suppose I am most proud of the shape and muscle developement in my shoulders and arms in general.
8. Would you recommend Andre's online training program? Why?
I would highly recommend Andre as a trainer to anyone who is serious about their goals and considers their workouts a priority. You will not be disappointed. Andre is my secret weapon.
