The T.O. Trainer knows the importance of meeting the requirements of the competitive stage. A major component of any physique competition is symmetry which is the balance and proportion of the body from left to right and from top to bottom. The T.O. Trainer will assess your physique by submitted photos of you in front, side and rear relaxed poses. From this he will determine if there are any areas which need to be prioritized in your program. This is a must for any competitor beginner or professional as there can always be room for improvement.
6 Month Body Transformation Plan - $700
Not a competitor, but want to transform your body into a healthier, stronger and leaner you? The 6 month body transformation plan includes an assessment and 3 diet and training program updates. Each update will include different menu choices and completely changed workouts to keep you progressing throughout your transformation. The T.O. Trainer knows the importance of making changes to your diet and program often, keeping your muscles confused and preventing you from hitting frustrating plateaus.
